HR Generalist

HRG/recruiter Position summary: This role provides full spectrum human resources support to all employees. As well as supporting the Human Resources Manager and department in performing related duties at the professional level. Responsibilities in the following areas to be carried out but not limited to: employee relations, training, benefits, compensation, recruitment/selection, development and implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the company.  Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives and to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions. This roles is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting including, sourcing, qualifying, prescreening of candidates, and coordination and implementation of in-person interviews. This individual will work closely with the Production Manager and HR Manager to enable a culture of recruiting top talent into the organization.


Qualifications required:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Associate’s degree with three to five years of Human Resources experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Performed human resources functions in a manufacturing industry (Preferred not required)
  • Speak in front of a large audience to convey subject matter in a professional and engaging manner
